2. In the case a refund is required, Kindly notify us within 3 days of delivered date by email or through our contact page.
3. Items should be returned to our warehouse and received within 30 days from the delivered date, sent by registered mail or tracked courier.
4. Items returned must be unused, undamaged and in original package.
5. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
6. Upon confirmation of receipt of goods in original unused and undamaged condition and packaging, the refund shall be made within 7 business days and should appear in buyer’s account within 21 days of refund made depending on mode of payment, whether by credit card or Paypal.
