Customers may also opt for expedited Courier Shipping Services. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) which has affected Shipping Delivery Schedules and Shipping Rates all over the world, and due to our low Mark-Up Formula, we’ve made changes to some of our Shipping and Pricing Policies in order to continue providing the very best services.
We are NO LONGER able to offer Free Shipping on absolutely ALL items. We continue to offer Free Shipping where we are able and a Subsidized Low Shipping Fee of USD 5 ($5.00) may apply to some items.
In some cases where we have offered Free Shipping, when we place your order for shipping, we may receive a surprise additional Shipping Fee that is not covered in our low Mark-Up Formula. In this case, we reserve the right to contact you, the buyer, and offer you the options: (i) To continue with the purchase on remittance of the Subsidized Low Shipping Fee of USD 5 ($5.00) [or other shipping cost as may be required] to our Paypal account on invoice, or, (ii) To receive a full refund of your Paid Purchase Price if you decide not to continue with the Purchase. Should you wish not to continue with the purchase and opt for a full refund of your Paid Purchase Price [the amount you have paid for the item(s) ordered], please kindly notify us immediately by responding to our email enquiry. We will process your refund and the refund will be effected within 24 to 48 hours of your written notice. The refund may take up to 14 days to show up in your account depending on the mode of payment you used (Credit Card or PayPal).
We continue to strive to bring you high quality products at low prices, the prices and Shipping Rates subject to the here indicated changes to our Price and Shipping Policies. Our Refund and Return Policies remain unchanged.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Should an item become unavailable at the time of order placement, we will notify the Buyer by email. Buyer will then be given the option for refund of the Paid Purchased Price, or to place a purchase order for an item of the same Purchase Price.
